- PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)
- PET is easily recycled at all stages of manufacturing, it's essentially plastic. PET is most commonly used for water bottles and soft drink bottles. Making this product an eco-friendly material.
- PET film is a thermoplastic polymer, which is laminated to an MDF core with PUR adhesive. Partical Board core is available on inquiry.
- PET is available in a Square (Slab) door profile only – material can not be shaped into profiles.
- Maximum Size: 48” x 120”
- All colours have matching 1mm thick edge tape (1mm only). Matte colours have matching solid edge tape. Gloss colours have matching solid edge tape and the majority of them also have a matching 2-tone V-edge with aluminum strip edge tape.
- This product is standard with a white melamine back but can be produced with 2-sided PET or a colour coordinated melamine.
- Matte PET has great fingerprint resistant properties along with great scratch resistance.
- Gloss PET has great scratch resistance and is a better product to use rather than Acrylic which is a sorter material.
- Aside from cabinet doors you can get laid up panels, rolls of edge tape, 1-1/2" & 2-1/4" thick panels and floating shelves.
- Material comes with a protective peel coat.
