2-1/4" D+D Shaker (TFL)
The 2-1/4" D+D Shaker door is a 5-piece TFL door with a 2-1/4" frame.
- Only available in select colours (please reference "View Available Colours").
- For diamentional tolerances (please reference bottom of last page "View Available Colours").
- Edge tape/glue line on all edges including inside edges. (1.0mm matching)
- Only available with mortise & tenon (90° joint) on corners.
- The 2-1/4" frame width can be customised to 2-1/2" and 3".
- D+D = Dowel to Dowel
- Doors are standard good two sides (same colour on face and back).
- Frame core thickness: 3/4"
- Panel core thickness: 1/4"
- Doors have vertical grain panels, drawer fronts have horizontal grain panels (unless otherwise specified).
- Door sizes over 50-3/4" (1290mm) in height or width are 2x price and may require micro pins along the moulding.
- Laser edgebanding where applicable; otherwise PUR adhesive is used.
