KSCP - 6000
The 6000 Series is a one piece MDF flat slab door.
- All door profiles are available Raw, Primed, or Painted.
- Can custom colour match to any paint colour (preferably a Benjamin Moore paint colour).
- Durable enamel paint finish (20° sheen is standard).
- KSCP doors are a 1-piece MDF door where the face is routed out by CNC with the desired door profile. There are three 2-piece MDF door profiles where the center panel is separate from the frame, dropped in from the back of the door (KSCP 1010, 5500, and 5600).
- Standard frame width of 2 1/2” (including the profile) unless door profile is specified otherwise, frame width can be customized to desired width.
- Standard with a white melamine backer (G1S), if specified the backs can be painted the same colour as the face (G2S).
- Standard outside profile on majority of the doors is the #5 Profile (2.5mm radius). Some profiles come standard with a different outside profile. The outside profile on a door can be changed.
- Panels and gables can be produced in the same profile as the doors or if a slab profile is desired use the KSCP – 6000 profile.
- Most profiles are also available in a glass frame or mullion frame option
