KSCV - TF500 Pacific Classic: Straight in Shaker with square corners. (Standard Frame Width: 2-1/2")
- 1-Piece, 3/4" thick MDF core – Decorative vinyl is applied with heat and glue to the MDF core
- Majority of the TF PVC (Thermofoil) doors have a standard 2-1/2″ frame width – (can be a customized width)
- Standard outside edge: Detail #5 - 2.5mm Radius
- Outside edge profiles are customizable
- Standard backer is White Melamine
- Two colours (Denim & Fjord) have matching melamine backs available. Otherwise doors are G1S only
- “vinyl only” sheets are available at custom sizes. Colours are stocked on rolls which can be un-rolled and cut off at a desired length – handy for skinning the material
- Profiles can have open frames for glass, mullion frames and divider rails
- We can provide matching PVC laid up panels for gables and panels or have them edge taped with the vinyl
