MDV - 2070: Straight in Shaker with square corners, 1/4" frame width and 1/8" panel depth. 5/8" thick center panel for use of standard hinges.
- 1-Piece, 3/4" thick MDF core – Decorative vinyl is applied with heat and glue to the MDF core
- Majority of the PVC (Thermofoil) doors have a standard 2-1/4″ frame width – (can be a customized width)
- Standard outside edge: 1/16" Radius
- Outside edge profiles are customizable
- Standard backer is White Melamine
- This product is available with a matching vinyl back (good 2 sides) and can pressed up to 48” wide x 115” tall
- “vinyl only” sheets are available at custom sizes. Colours are stocked on rolls which can be un-rolled and cut off at a desired length – handy for skinning the material
- Profiles can have open frames for glass, mullion frames and divider rails
- We can wrap crown molding in vinyl
- We can wrap floating shelves in vinyl
- We can provide matching PVC laid up panels for gables and panels or have them edge taped with the vinyl
- 1-1/2" and 2-1/4" thick gables are available
